Carroll E. Sheets Jr., 55 went to be with our Lord on May 4, 2017.

He was born March 29, 1962 in Fulda, Germany the son of  Carroll E. and Gisela (Rosmar) Sheets Sr.

Carroll served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Andrew, one brother, Winfried A. Sheets.

Carroll is survived by his wife of 31 years, Mary (Simms) Sheets, one son, Brandon Sheets of Latrobe, one sister, Sandra Hogue of Derry, one brother, Johny Sheets of El Paso TX.  Also surviving are many family members and nieces and nephews with a very special nephew, Larry Fetters and sisters, Faith and Joan who help to take care of Mary.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 11 am at the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Ave. Derry.

The Latrobe-Derry Veterans Honor Guard  will conduct a service Wednesday at 11am in the funeral home.
