John M. "Jack" Banas, 64, of Greensburg (formerly of Derry) died Sunday October 29, 2017 in Excela Westmoreland Hospital.

He was born November 5, 1952 in Latrobe a son of the late John and Martha I. "Toots" Lepley Banas.

Jack is survived by his sister Donna Marie Banas Montagnino of Tampa, Florida and several cousins.

All services were private and burial was made in Coles Cemetery, Derry.
