Terrence Douglas "Doug" Resides, 61, of Ridgway (formerly of Derry), died Friday September 8, 2017 in UPMC-Montefiore. He was born April 14, 1956 in Latrobe a son of the late Charles and Wilma Henderson Resides.

Doug had worked for R&P Coal Company for 21 years and then had worked at Torrance State Hospital in the boiler room. He liked to have fun, laugh, hunt and fish. He was a member of the Derry Rod & Gun Club.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Gerald F. Resides.

He is survived by his wife Cherie J. Miller Resides, his son Jason D. Resides (Niki Lynn) of Ridgway, his daughter Jennifer L. Resides of Derry, his brother Robert Resides of Latrobe, three grandchildren; Steven Huff, Katlyn Huff and Kylee Resides. One great grandchild Preston Sharp, a sister in law Dolores Resides, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be conducted at 7pm.
