Jody L. Younker

Jody L. Younker, 47, of Ligonier, died peacefully Friday December 8, 2023 after an 18 year valiant fight against MS at Independence Health System Latrobe. She was born January 28, 1976 in Latrobe the daughter of Kimberly D. Graham Yandora (John) of Latrobe and Franklin J. Younker of Ligonier.
Jody had been a member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ, was a 1994 graduate of Ligonier Valley High School and then graduated from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. She had a special place in her heart for her animals and loved being a beautician doing hair and cosmetology .
Jody was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Joseph and Norma Younker.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her loving and caring husband David L. Keenan, her son Owen M. Younker, her brother Paul Younker all of Ligonier, maternal grandparents Annamarie Will (John) of Ligonier and Howard Graham (Maryann) of Cadiz, Ohio, several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 4-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier where a service will be conducted Wednesday at 11am. Interment will follow in the Menoher Memorial Cemetery.
