Betty J. "Babe" Manzulich, 93, of Ligonier died Saturday November 11, 2017 in Select Specialty Latrobe. She was born September 4, 1924 in Ligonier a daughter of the late Jacob and Jane Hussey Douglass.

Babe was a long time member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Darlington. She loved visitors, jig saw puzzles and word search.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Manzulich in 1987, her brother William Douglas and her two sisters; Alice Smith and Ida Bowers.

Surviving are her nieces; Gloria Jane Zidak (Edward) whom she raised of Loyalhanna, Patty Sistek of Latrobe, Beverly Smith of Carlton, Michigan and Brenda Crawford (James) of Vandergrift. A special niece Melissa and several other nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be conducted Wednesday at 11am with the Reverend Don Graff officiating. Interment will follow in the Ligonier Valley Cemetery.
