Mark A. Brinker

Mark A. Brinker, 68, of Oak Grove (Ligonier) went to be with our lord August 19, 2019. He was born November 6, 1950 in Pittsburgh a son of the late Arthur and Lois Nawman Brinker.

Mark was Lutheran by faith and had retired from Fayette Auto Parts . Driving "Big Pete" was his passion. Mark was a member of the Goldwing Riders Association, which riding his Goldwing was his other passion. Mark was a gentle giant of a man. His kindness and goodness will be a long lasting memory to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

In addition to his parents Mark was preceded in death by first wife Jeanne Myers Brinker and a son Ryan.

He is survived by wife Kathy and children Patrick Brinker of Erie, Jennifer And Chad Gyorke of Johnstown, Kelly and Mike Zemrose of Windber, and Robert Griffith of Johnstown. Grandsons, Connor and Logan Gyorke and Michael Zemrose. Granddaughters Katllyn and Amy Griffith, Father in law George Fisher. Sister's; Cathy Brinker and (Richard Torockio) of Piles Grove, New Jersey and Lisa Brinker of Cannonsburg. A brother Jeffery Brinker of Ligonier, sister in law Carmella Myers, brother in law Mickey Myers (Evone), numerous nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved.

Friends will be received Friday from 3-8pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be conducted Saturday at 2:30pm with Pastor Phyllis Diamond officiating.

Private interment will be made in Coles Cemetery, Derry.
