Stephen S. Smen II, 40 of Latrobe, died Monday September 18, 2017. He was born in Pittsburgh a son of Stephen S. and Carla Bugher Smen of Derry.

He attended Derry Area High School and was working as a supervisor at Carlco in Latrobe. Stephen was very family oriented and enjoyed his friends and the outdoors.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Mandy Miller Smen, his beloved children Grace and Sawyer. Four sisters; Michelle Dumnich (Steve) of Latrobe, Amanda Thompson (Terrell) of Derry, Shannon Smen of Latrobe and Jessica Spencer (Tad) of Manti, Utah. His in laws Keith Miller of Summerville and Carol Ann Miller of Latrobe. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Friday from 5-8pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be conducted Saturday at 2pm. Interment will follow in the Coles Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made for his children Grace and Sawyer.
