Terry L. Koutsky 61, of Derry (Millwood), died Friday September 9, 2016 at his home. He was born February 3, 1955 in Latrobe, the son of the late Bartley C. and Alice J. Kelley Koutsky.

Terry was a graduate of Derry Area High School and Clarion University. He had been employed at the Latrobe WalMart. He loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Linda S. Kantoris Koutsky, his daughter Kaitlyn J. Koutsky, his brother Thomas B. Koutsky (Corinne) of Derry, special aunt Audrey Seabol of Latrobe, his mother in law Catherine Kantoris of Latrobe and the following brother and sister in laws; Andrew Kantoris (Deborah) of DesPlaines, IL, Marilyn Dutrow of Latrobe, Kathy Repko of Pittsburgh, Larry Kantoris (Kitty) of West Palm Beach,FL, Michelle Allen (Steve) of Tullahoma, TN, Deborah Hoyle (Doug), Gloria Dowden (Jeffrey), Michael Kantoris (Mary) and Janet Steeves all of Latrobe. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 5-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be held at 7pm.
