Thomas Francis Chockla, 63, formerly of Derry died unexpectedly June 16, 2019 in Berkeley, California. He was born April 20, 1956 in Latrobe a son of Julia Klym Chockla of Derry and the late Thomas F. Chockla.

In addition to his mother Tom is survived by two brothers; Michael Chockla (Cel Repak) of Derry and William Chockla (Sandra) of Estes Park, CO. Two sisters; Janice Shepherd (Michael) of North Huntingdon and Lori Gerthoffer (John) of Greensburg. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation and services were private for the immediate family.

McCabe Funeral Home 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry was in charge of arrangements.
