Alberta Mae "Bo" Albaugh, 94, of Derry, died Saturday March 21, 2026 at UPMC East, Monroeville. She was born May 1, 1931 in Derry Township a daughter of the late Clarence A. and Grace Irene Wigfield Knupp.
She had been a long time member of the former St. Pauls United Church of Christ in Derry where she had organized Kraft Corner to raise funds for the church. She truly enjoyed her employment at Torrance State Hospital in the dietary department.
Family, grandchildren, line dancing, going to the senior center with her friends, traveling, going to the beach and dancing to the big bands with her late husband were some of the things that made life enjoyable for her.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald V. Albaugh, a brother Duane Knupp and two sistes; Rhea Jayne Hitchman and Mabel Knupp.
Bo is survived by her children Donna M. Reynolds (Mark) of Latrobe, Cindy Stofko of New Alexandria, Kathy Canzano (Victor) of Derry Township and Ronald E. Albaugh (Diana) of Anchorage, Alaska, brother William Allan Knupp of Dresden, Ohio, and sister Clare Shaffer of Derry Township; grandchildren Jessie Stofko, Cari Evans (Shane), Katy Stofko-Yousef (Sam), Jennifer Ball (Jason), Nicole Jackson (Peter), Donald Albaugh (Amanda) and Justin Canzano (Laura), fifteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Services at this time were private. Burial was made at the Coles Cemetery beside her husband Don.
McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry was in charge of arrangements.
