Daniel J. Bridge Jr.

Daniel J. Bridge Jr., 80 of Derry passed away on Monday February 17, 2025.  He was born April 4, 1944, a son of the late Daniel and Laura Bridge Sr.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter Julie Matelay, a grandson Christopher, and a sister Barbara Mehalic.  Daniel was a USMC veteran and a member of the Derry Rod and Gun Club.  He is survived by his wife Barbara of Palmyra, PA, a son Daniel Bridge III (Janet) of New Alexandria, stepchildren John Janick (Sandy) of Greensburg, Jeff Hartshorn (Beth) of Southport, NC, Karen King (Sherby) of Lebanon, KY, Amy Stahl (Jim) of Baggaley, Wade, Daryle and Travis Wessner of Lebanon, PA, a sister Betty Mehalic (Joe) of Derry, brothers; Tom Bridge of Derry and William (Fred) McCurdy (Lorraine) of Derry, grandchildren Patrick Bridge of Derry, Emmaly Rentas of New Alexandria and Angle Wolf of New Florence, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Dad will be missed by all.  All arrangements are private and under the direction of McCabe Funeral Home, Derry.  Online condolences may be made at mccabefuneralhomespa.com
