Donald Harbison Obituary

Donald L. Harbison, 85, of Ligonier, died Saturday September 17, 2022
at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 22, 1937 in Russellton,
a son of the late Charles M. and Elizabeth Gates Harbison.
Don was a member of Ligonier Lodge # 331 F&AM and Calvary United Methodist Church where he was on the board of
trustees. In his younger years he had worked at the Rolling Rock Club
and had always said that it was his favorite job. He then had worked for Bethlehem Steel in Johnstown and then for the Johnstown Bank& Trust.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters; Thelma Jack, Mary Rodgers and Joan Graham.
He is survived by his loving wife Anna Catherine Pritts Harbison, His son Wayne L. Harbison (Ann) of Erie and his daughter
Lorraine A. Sapalio of Ligonier. Four grandchildren; Amy Blythe (Andrew), Deanna Buchinsky (Justin),
Bianca and Antonio Harbison, twelve great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Monday from 4-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier where a service will be conducted Tuesday at 11am.
Interment will be made in the Menoher Memorial Cemetery. Ligonier Lodge #331 F&AM will conduct a service Monday at 7pm in the funeral home.
