Douglas Long Obituary

Douglas passed away April 8,2021 after a long battle with cancer. He loved cooking and baking especially for the holidays and family gatherings. Also enjoyed the outdoors and camping ,listening to music and playing golf on his xbox. He is predeceased by his mother Ella Mae Long. Brother Edwin Bruce Long. Sister Cynthia Faye Long and Nephew Robert Scott Hemminger. He is survived by his Father Edwin Blaine Long his fiancé Marlene Mosier, Sister Debbie Long and fiancé Kevin Lafleur and sister Nancy Hemminger and husband Robert, sister Brenda Gorton and husband Frank, brother Roger Long and wife Amy. Sister in law Kathy Long. A special nephew Chris Long and fiance Kristen Ross and nephew Josh Hemminger { half a bike} and wife Jamie. Many nieces and great nieces and nephews and great nephews, cousins. Family and Friends will gather Sunday April 18 from 3 to 5 at McCabe Funeral Home, Derry to celebrate Doug’s life.
