Ethel M. Plummer, 82, of Ligonier, died Sunday February 2, 2025 at Independence Health Latrobe. She was born September 10, 1942 in Albany, New York, a daughter of the late Harry and Frances Farino Keslar.
Ethel was a member of the Laughlintown Christian Church and was a CNA having worked at the Bethlen Home and doing private duty care. She loved her family and spending time with them.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Barbara Ann Biss, a sister Christine Keslar and four brothers; Anthony, James, John and Richard Keslar.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-two years Earl W. Plummer Jr., daughters; Jessica Lynn Funk (Jeffrey) of Woodbridge, Virginia and Dana M. Plummer (Robert Buck) of Johnstown, a sister Barbara Knapfel (Delbert) of Latrobe, brother Joseph Keslar of Somerset, a sister-in-law Rosalie Keslar of Ligonier, grandchildren; Gavin Biss (Dominique), Cecil Funk (Sara), Chelsea Sager (Merle), Keith Schultz (Brittney) and Morgan Falk (Lester), four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday February 8, 2025 at 3 pm at the Laughlintown Christian Church. Private interment will be made in the Menoher Memorial Cemetery.
