James R. Hunt

James R. Hunt, 75, of Derry, died Wednesday December 10, 2025. He was born December 18, 1949 in Latrobe the son of the late James and Sarah Flickinger Hunt.

Jim had retried from Torrance State Hospital and held memberships to the Derry F.O. E. #1612 and the Derry Rod & Gun Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Cindy Lou Kozlowski.

He is survived by his daughter Jamie Anne Lynn (Raymond) of West Newton, his son Stephen J. Hunt (Laura) of Noblesville, Indiana, sisters; Judi Hollick (Cliff) of New Bethlehem

and Donna Desport (Anthony) of Bradenville, five grandchildren; Hoyt, Josie, Ryan, Shelby and Earl, several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Sunday from 11-1 pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry.
