Jeffrey F. Forsha

Jeffrey F. Forsha 74 of Derry Township passed away unexpectedly Thursday October 9, 2025. He was born March 2, 1951, in Derry Township a son of the late Clair and Louise (Marts) Forsha. Jeff had been retired from Peoples Gas and had owned and operated Forsha Excavating. In his free time, he enjoyed restoring classic vehicles, hunting and canning. He took pride in keeping his home always keeping his grass mowed and his flowers blooming. Jeff is survived by his two daughters Becky L. Steele (Thomas Jr,) of Blairsville and Chrissy L. Ewing (Kenneth) of Torrance, seven grandchildren Kelsey Steele (Sam Grace), Cooper, Kamrey and Cruize Steele, Bela, Hulena and Kasia Ewing, a great grandson Sterling Grace, his brother Dale Forsha (Angel) of Blairsville, and sister Sally Sedlacko (Louis) of New Alexandria, one niece Janelle and several great nephews and one great niece. In addition to his parents, Jeff is preceded in death by his sister Sandra L. Edmundson.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 14, from 4 to 7 pm in the McCabe Funeral Home 300 West Third Ave. Derry, where a gathering to honor and share memories of Jeff will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday.
