Kenneth Lynn Nicely, 81, of Fairfield Township, died peacefully Thursday March 7, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 18, 1942 in Ligonier Township a son of the late Robert E. and Mary Woomer Nicely.
Ken was a US Air Force Veteran, was Lutheran by faith and was a devoted family man. He had raised and raced Standard Bred Horses and had always enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda Riffle Nicely, his son Kenneth E. Nicely (Tracy Peterson) of Ligonier, his daughter Heather Nicely-Weiss (Robert L.) of Clarksburg,PA, grandchildren; MacKenzie McDowell, Rachelynn Nicely, Gracie Nicely, Mckenna Nicely, and Carson McDowell, great grandchild Grayson Nicely, brother Robert E. Nicely of Greensburg and Patricia Plude of Ligonier.
At his request all services were to be private.
McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier was in charge of arrangements.
