Kevin Honse Obituary

Kevin R. Honse, 65 of Derry passed away January 30, 2024 in the Latrobe Independence Health System after a long battle with cancer. He was born April 22, 1958 in Latrobe a son of the late Carl and Shirley (Clark) Honse. Kevin was employed at Kennametal Kingston where he served as president of the UAW 1059.
He is survived by his wife Marcia (Shean) Honse, his daughter Faith Huss and grandchildren Noah, Anna and Ella of Ligonier, a brother-in-law Michael "Sparky" Shean (Laurie) of Latrobe, a nephew Andrew Shean (Beth) of Reading and a niece Emily Shean of Latrobe.
Family would like to thank Dr. Prosperi, Matt Parry from Homehealth, Dr. Bilan and the Arnie Palmer Pavillion for their devoted care.
Family will receive friends Monday February 5, from 1 to 3 pm in the McCabe Funeral Home 300 West Third Ave Derry, where a service funeral service will be conducted at 3 pm with Rev. Chris Morris.
