Lois F. Malinish

Lois F. Malinish, 91, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Ligonier, died Monday December 22, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 30, 1934 in McKeesport a daughter of the late Glenn and Dorothy Pierce Corey.
Lois was a member of the Fort Palmer Presbyterian Church. She owned and operated Malinish Auto Parts for many years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Andy Malinish, son-in-law Marc Schmucker and grandson Chad Hoover.
She is survived by her son Scott Malinish (Tina) of Ligonier, her daughters; Brenda Schmucker of Fort Myers, Florida and Glenda Stump (Corey) of New Florence, her sister Linda Overly of Mount Pleasant, grandchildren; Eric Schmucker (Michelle), Jeffrey Schmucker (Karis), Madison Gilbert (Paul), Kelly Myers (Dave) and Lyndsey Queer (Andy), and eight great grandchildren.
Services and burial in the Ligonier Valley Cemetery will be private for the family.
McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier, is in charge of arrangements.
