Lorie H. Kuzmkowski

Lorie H. Kuzmkowski, 70, of Derry, died unexpectedly Friday June 28, 2024 at Independence Health System Latrobe. She was born August 7, 1953 in Washington, PA a daughter of the late Jack and Gail Hart Malugen.
She was a member of the Ligonier Church of Christ, was a graduate of California State College and had taught school in the Derry, Ligonier and Latrobe School Districts. Lorie loved her family, animals, teaching children, working in the garden, and had a heart of gold.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Jacob Owen Kuzmkowski.
Lorie is survived by her husband Dennis O. Kuzmkowski, her two daughters; Autumn Kuzmkowski of Pittsburgh and Lindsey Rensko (Brandon) of Ligonier, her sister Melaina Jones (Michael) of South Carolina and two grandchildren; Blake and Scarlet.
At her request all services are to be private.
