Michael J. Blasko

Michael J. Blasko 73 of Derry passed away Saturday November 15, 2025, in Latrobe IHS. He was born February 8, 1952, in Latrobe a son of the late Michael and Mary (Zizan) Blasko. Michael was the former owner of Blasko's Pub in Derry and was currently co owner of MJB Trucking with his son Michael. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandkids and cherished his vacation time with them at Deep Creek Lake. Mike loved driving his dump truck even when it wasn't work related "one more load of stone". Michael is survived by his wife of 52 years, JoAnn (Bush) Blasko, his sons Martin Blasko of Warrington PA and Michael Blasko (Leann) of Derry, his grandchildren Sarah and Steven Blasko, Emilee, Julee and Ty Blasko, a brother Hunter A. Wood II, brother in laws Bill Bush (Barb) of Latrobe and Pete Bush (Karen) of Acme. All arrangements are private for his family and under the direction of McCabe Funeral Home, Derry.
