Milton W. Tate

Milton W. Tate, 55, of Derry, died suddenly Saturday January 3, 2026 at his home. He was born September 7, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio a son of the late Fred Tate Sr. and Harriet Hardin Tate.
Milt was a huge Steeler fan who especially loved his grandchildren and helping out anyone he could.
He is survived by his wife Tammy Simmons Tate, his son Keith Simmons of Latrobe, daughter Kimberly Simmons of Derry, sister Nancy Tate of Greensburg, brothers; Samuel Farrier (Tina) of Murrysville and Fred Tate Jr. (Michelle) of Uniontown, grandchildren; Kyla and Sawyer Simmons.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
