Robert Michael O'Barto Jr., 56 of Derry, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Born February 15, 1970 at Latrobe Area Hospital and was a son of the late Robert M. O'Barto, and the late Connie (Torockio) Citrone, and her husband William, who survives. Bob spent his years as a property manager, while perfecting his talent of classic car restoration. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, kayaking, spending time with family, and doing burn outs anywhere and everywhere he could. He always knew how to make someone laugh when they needed it most, lighting up any room he walked into, and constantly offering a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Kelly (Pugner) O'Barto; grandmother, Martha O'Barto; sister Christina Antolik (Dave); brothers Michael Gunner and Steve Furin, as well as several nieces and nephews and his loyal companion, Kashmir. In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his brother Brian R. O'Barto. Per Bob's wishes, there will not be any public services. Memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to a cancer research organization of your choosing. "Everything's gonna be alright"
