Rose Kuhns Obituary

Rose Marie Kuhns, 76, of Ligonier passed away June 27, 2022. She was born September 16, 1945 in Jerome PA,
a daughter of the late Peter P. and Sophia (Bednarski) Boncoski. A graduate of Conemaugh Township High School class of '63, Rose will be remembered for her time working at Heavenly Foods and Beneficial Finance Company as well as her love for cooking, baking and gardening.
Rose is survived by her two daughters Marcy Myers of Ligonier and Michelle Lazur of Ligonier, six grandchildren Cortney and Jacob Myers, Autumn Marcoz, Gabhriel Bridge, Graham and Ramsey Fitchko. three great grandchildren James, Madelyn and Nolan; a brother Richard Boncoski (Laura), two sisters Mary Jane and Theresa; several nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends. In addition to her parents Rose is preceded in death by her husband Willis A. Kuhns, her son Michael W. Kuhns, a grandson Hunter Fitchko, four bothers John, Peter, Edward, Joseph Boncoski and a sister Jean Ann.
Family will receive friends Thursday June 30, 2022 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 7:30 with a memorial service starting at 7:30 with Rev Paul McCracken, in the McCabe Funeral Home 144 East Main St. Ligonier PA. On line condolences may be made at mccabefuneralhomes.com
