Scott Winfield Anderson

Scott Winfield Anderson, 68, of Ligonier, died Friday March 28, 2025 at the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in East Norriton, PA. He was born September 17, 1956 in Ligonier a son of the late Harvey J. and Nancy Ann Nicely Anderson.

He was a US Navy Career Retired Veteran having lived for many years in Portsmouth, Virginia and had a great love for music.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Larry A. Anderson.

Scott is survived by his sisters; Cheryl J. Yeager of Ligonier and Tonnie Bearfield (Wyatt) of Blacksburg, Virginia, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 5-7 pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier. His service will be conducted at 7 pm in the funeral home with Reverend Jordan Harris officiating.

The Ligonier Valley Veterans Honor Guard will conduct a service at 6:45 pm in the funeral home.
