Terri Lynn Lynn, 71, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on May 31, 1955, in Ligonier, Pennsylvania, Terri was the beloved daughter of Joseph and Norma Stokes Smith. She devoted her life to her family, always putting others before herself. Her kindness, strength, generosity, and unwavering love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Terri is survived by her children, Joseph (Christy) and Ryan (Emily); her granddaughters, affectionately known as “the Lynn girls”, Kenley, Ashton, and Noah; her bonus grandchildren, Luke, Avery, Charlie, Callie, and Briggs; her siblings: Karen Mussari (Charles), Pam Walkauskas, Joseph (Barb), Sharon Disipio, Cindy Tappe (George ), Beth Planinsek, John (Mari), Michael Paul, sister-in-law Carol Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Alan Smith, her brother-in-laws Gregory Walkauskas and Kenneth Planinsek, niece Jennifer Fuchs, and her nephew Chase Tappe.
Above all else, Terri loved her children and grandchildren. She was their rock, the first person they called to celebrate life’s happiest moments or navigate its hardest ones. She was a constant source of love, guidance, encouragement, always ready with a listening ear, a helping hand, and an open heart.
Being "Mimmy" was one of Terri’s greatest joys. She was the fun grandma—the one who believed ice cream for breakfast was perfectly acceptable, a cold root beer could make any day better, and sleepovers at Mimmy’s house were always filled with laughter, stories, and unconditional love. Those are the memories her grandchildren will cherish forever.
A celebration of life will be held at Glengary Golf Links Sunday, August 2nd 4-7pm.
