Todd M. Hudson 47, of Derry, passed away at home Monday May 25, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 15, 1978, in Latrobe, a son of Sandra A. (Laskie) Hudson and the late Thomas E. Hudson Sr. Todd is survived by his wife Kelly E. (Anderson) Hudson, his children Taylor A. Hudson, Bridgette M. Hudson, Alexander R. Beltz and Lillian G. Beltz, his brother Thomas E. Hudson Jr (Jennifer) of Derry, four nephews Spencer T. and Grant J. Hudson Thomas K. and Jeffrey P. Anderson, one niece and goddaughter Mallory R. Hudson, father in law Kenneth P. Anderson (Janell) and mother in law Laurene Getto, a brother in law Thomas B. Anderson (Patty), an uncle and two aunts Robert F. Laskie (Karen) and Nancy Hudson, numerous cousins and his golden retrievers Dallas and Ruby.
In addition to his father Todd is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents James and Charlotte Hudson and his maternal grandparents Franklin R. and Marilyn J. Laskie, a sister in law Rebecca Anderson and step father in law Leland Getto.
Todd was a 1997 DAHS graduate where he played football and competed in track and field. After graduation he pursued his passion for cooking and became a chef and was employed at the Latrobe Country Club. He expressed his love for his family through his cooking, preparing them meals and favorite desserts. Todd had been employed by Westinghouse Blairsville and MSA Safety. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and professional wrestling fan. He had competed for a short time as a wrestler in the IWC in the tri state area. Todd was a member of the Derry R&G Club and enjoyed crossbow hunting with his daughters and son Alex. Family will receive friends Saturday, May 30, from 2 to 6 PM in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 West 3rd Avenue Derry, where a service will be held Sunday at 2:30 PM with Pastor David Greer as officiant.
