William Lint Obituary

William Robert Lint, 56, of Derry passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022 in his home. He was born February 6, 1966, in Latrobe a son of William and Deborah (Blair) Lint of Derry. William was a member of the Kingston Vets and Sportsman club, the Derry FOE, the Cooperstown Sportsman, Derry Ukes, was a lifetime member of the Paralyzed Veterans Association, a lifetime member at large of the VFW. He enjoyed fishing, billiards, time at casinos but above all time with his family and his fury kids and faithful companion Loki.
In addition to his parents William is survived by his wife Michelle Lint, three children Ashley Addington (Mike) of Gordonsville VA, William Lint (Lacy) of Mulberry IN, Mark "Randy" Moore Jr. of Derry, a brother Matthew Lint (Cathy) of Philadelphia, a sister Karen Nguyen (Khanh) of Winchester VA, a brother in law Chris Down of Gordonsville VA, five grandchildren Desiree, Victoria, Anthony, Dixie, Alice several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 1 - 3pm Tuesday July 5, 2022, in the McCabe Funeral Home 300 West Third Ave, Derry with the Latrobe Derry Veterans Honor Guard presenting honors at 3:15pm in the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 with Rev Timothy Monroe.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the PA Hero Walk, the PVA (Paralyzed Veterans Association) or the DAV (Disabled American Veterans). A special thanks to Heartland / Promedica, Hospice and his nurse Stephanie for all they did.
