William E. Rohall

William E. "Bill" Rohall, 93, of Latrobe died peacefully Monday August 4, 2025 in the comfort of his home. He was born September 23, 1931 in Braddock the son of the late Emmett and Mary Markulik Rohall.

Bill was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Youngstown, was a US Army Veteran having served in Korea and was a 1956 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Bill and his beloved "Glo" loved Polka music and dancing belonging to the Polka Club in Punxsutawney. For many years he had worked for Matta Fence Company and after retirement helping out at McCabe Funeral Homes whenever he could. He was a great story teller and always enjoyed meeting his friends for coffee and cookies or anything else sweet he could get his hands on.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Gloria Himic Rohall, and his two sisters; Florence Matey and Dorothy Pollak.

He is survived by two nieces; Janet Pollak of Jeannette and Deborah Tavlarides of Manor, three great nephews; Garrett Seigworth, Larry and Andrew Tavlarides and two great nieces Andrea Tavlarides and Dana Seigworth. A special thanks to Candace Camarote who took such loving care of Gloria and Bill over the past four years.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Youngstown with Father James F. Podlesny OSB as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Ligonier Valley Cemetery.
